Center for Land Governance
Centre for Land Governance, as a land think tank, thrives to enrich India’s land governance ecosystem with actors, information and innovations to ensure inclusive land tenure security and sustainable development. CLG seeks to improve land governance space and impact through partnerships, capacity and knowledge-based interventions. Since 2015, CLG has been engaged with inter-disciplinary issues around land tenure, focusing on informalities in rural, forested and urban landscapes and assessing institutional, technology and data options, with policy, practice and research actors, locally and globally.

FES- Foundation for Ecological Security (FES) is committed to strengthening, reviving, or restoring, where necessary, the process of ecological succession and the conservation of land, forest and water resources in the country.

Smallholder farmers don't get access to credit, many in the country and left out of land based entitlements & land as an asset is not recognised for many. Land Stack is bringing digital, on-ground & legal data around land on a common platform to solve many of these problems. "

The Working Group for Women and Land Ownership
Working Group for Women and Land Ownership (WGWLO) is a formal but unregistered network of 20 NGOs, 21 CBOs and 7 individuals across 17 districts out of 33 districts in the state of Gujarat. Initiated in 2002, The Network works on the issue of women’s ownership of agricultural land and access to productive resources from the perspective of women’s rights and empowerment, as well as livelihoods security. The network functions as a multi-level, collective platform for sustained action and policy advocacy on the issue of alienation of women from their land rights in patriarchal societies.

The Global Land Tool Network (GLTN) is a dynamic and multisectoral alliance of international partners committed to increasing access to land and tenure security for all, with a particular focus on the poor, women and youth. The Network’s partners include international rural and urban civil society organizations, research and training institutions, bilateral and multilateral organizations, and international professional bodies.

Global Land Alliance: The mission of Global Land Alliance is to enable the sustainable prosperity of people and places by advancing learning and practice of land governance to achieve healthy relationships with land, life and natural resources, emphasizing local and Indigenous knowledge. Global Land Alliance allies with community groups, and local, national, and international entities to address the land tenure and land use challenges of cities, rural areas, and forests. GLA seeks positive disruption of status quo situations which perpetuate tenure insecurity and poverty, the misuse of resources and the suppression of local initiatives. GLA works with a wide array of groups to promote local consensus and action, manage knowledge, drive accountability, and develop long-term capacities in service of socially inclusive and ecologically-grounded development.

They help create and disseminate land governance data and information through linked and open data technologies. "
